耐磨板自卸车车厢的轻量化仿真设计 被引量:4

摘要 轻量化是汽车工业的发展方向和市场需求。本文结合耐磨先进材料,针对传统Q345材质为主的自卸车车厢进行轻量化优化设计研究。本文首先根据等强度原则确定了高强度耐磨板的设计厚度;然后采用Hypermesh前处理软件对车厢进行有限元建模及边界条件、载荷进行输入;最后使用采用Abaqus有限元软件分别计算对比了Q345材质车厢与BW450材质车厢在相同加载条件下的强度和刚度。本文对工程样车进行跟踪、测量。实践表明,通过模拟仿真设计的车厢使用性能达到设计要求。 Lightweight is very popular in the vehicle industry. This paper is an optimization for the traditional dumper car-body by wear-resistant steel instead of Q345 steel. Firstly,The paper determined the thickness of car-body blank by equal-strength design. Then the FEM model is setup by commercial software Hypermesh. The FEM analysis software Abaqus is used for checking the car-body's strength and stiffness which is made of Q345 and wear-resistant steel. The result shows the wear-resistant steel car-body has a better property which is confirmed by industry sample cars.
