通过对东西部具有代表性人群进行的调查显示:东西部科技合作具有坚实的思想认识基础,国有企业是合作主体,项目合作受到高度重视,急于求成是最应当避免的问题,西部特色资源区域是科技合作最重要的区域,政策支持是东西部科技合作的最重要动力。

A survey of a typical group of people o f the east and west shows that there is a strong understanding of science &technology cooperation between the east and west,the state -ow ned enterprises play a main part in th e cooperation and much importance is a ttached to project cooperation,being too anxious to seek success should be avoided,the resource regions of uni que characteristic in west are the pr iority areas in cooperation,and government preferential policy is the main driv ing force for cooperation.
