恒大足球教练员团队模式初探

Research on Cooperation and Responsibility of Guangzhou Evergrande Football Club Coach Team

广州恒大足球俱乐部创建了由主教练里皮负责的教练员团队模式,由球探及经纪人团队、医学团队、体能教练员团队、技战术训练团队和守门员团队构成。各子团队根据职责各司其职,首先全面搜集资料和信息,为科学诊断提供充分依据。其次,在科学诊断的基础上,制定符合足球项目特点的方案并加以执行。最后,各子团队提供本领域最佳状态的运动员给主教练。这种科学模式对我国足球科学管理、青少年培养、客观诊断及有效控制训练有重要启示。

We summarized the operation mode of Guangzhou Evergrande F. C. coach headed by Marcello Lippi through documents,expert interviews and internet information. Guangzhou Evergrande F. C. coach team consist of several sub teams,including scout and agent team,medical and rehabilitation team,fitness coach team,tactical coach team,goalkeeper coach team. Each sub team has its own responsibility and duties. Firstly,they make a comprehensive collection of data and information,and provide a sufficient basis for scientific diagnosis. Secondly,based on scientific diagnosis,they develop and project a program in line with characteristics of football. Finally,they recommend to the head coach a player who has best condition of their own area. This scientific mode has important implications on scientific management,our youth development,objective diagnosis and effective control about training.
