从教学和就业的实际情况来看,就业教育在克服应试教育的过程中,已经呈现出负面效应,职业教育的发展更应该体现德育和素养的教育。围绕就业教育的优势和劣势,分析了就业教育出现偏差的原因,提出发展素养教育的建议。
