This paper firstiy analysis of the risk system energy service company operating in the state of its characteristics, and the risk factors are more complex problems, the nature and impact are at a certain level of ambiguity. So fuzzy compre- hensive evaluation method was chosen for its overall risk assessment, this paper provide an effective theory for energy ser- vice company analysis risk.
