摘要
文章基于元器件应力法,结合智能电能表的预定工作条件,对山东电子公司的DDZY9599型单相远程智能电能表进行可靠性预计,分析、预计了其可靠性指标,并给出提高智能电能表可靠性的对策。
Reliability prediction is an important approach to realize reliability targets of smart electricity meter. Based on the component stress method and combined with the smart electricity meter scheduled working conditions, in this paper, author expected the reliability and life expectancy of DDZY9599, and summarized the countermeasures to enhance the reliability of smart electricity meter.
