主要介绍两种插齿夹具结构及其工作原理。该夹具适用的机床是南京二机齿轮机床有限公司生产的Y5132系列插齿机。通过分析发现该结构适用于加工一些轴齿类零件,可以降低操作者的劳动强度,提高生产效率。
Mainly introduces two slotting clamp structure and their main method of work. This fixture for machine tool is the Nanjing No.2 Gear Machine Tool Works production of Y5132 series gear shaper. The structure is suitable for processing some gear shaft parts. Can reduce labor intensity, improve production efficiency.
