摘要
合格评估、办学转型、国门大学、内涵发展四者之间既有侧重又相互联系并统一于内涵发展,提示了云南新建本科院校发展初期的基本策略:以合格评估为契机,为学校科学发展奠定基础;以办学转型为导向,深化学校改革与发展;以国门大学为基点,促进学校特色发展;以内涵发展为统领,切实提高办学质量。
Qualification assessment, educational transformation, China border universities and intensive development interact mutually and each one has it's own profile, but the last one covers the other three, which reveals the basic strategy at the beginning of development of the newly-established undergraduate colleges. The college may consider the following strategies: hold on to the chance of evaluation to lay the foundation of scientific development; guided by the educational transformation to deepen development and reform; base on ideas of China border universities to distinctively develop; base on the intensive development to effectively improve the quality of education.
