保护土地和确保建设用地需求是经济社会发展中保护资源与保障经济社会发展必须处理好的一对关系。文章在对文山市近年来建设用地情况进行调研了解的基础上,对全市建设用地存在的困难和问题进行了梳理和分析,并从盘活现有土地资源、深化土地节约集约利用等方面探索性地对破解当前项目建设用地瓶颈提出对策和建议。

The relationship of protecting the land and ensuring the construction land must be handled while protecting social resources and guaranteeing the development of economic and social development. Based on the investigations and researches on the land survey in construction in the recent years in Wenshan city, this article combs and analyzes the difficulties and problems existing in the construction of the land, and puts forward some some countermeasures and suggestions to explore and solve the current project construction land bottleneck from the existing land resources, deepening the land saving and intensive use.
