摘要
提出了一种通过Solidworks三维软件进行多梳贾卡拉舍尔经编机全自动化改造的设计方法。从机械传动机构、梳栉位置排布、钢丝花梳结构、EL电子梳栉横移机构、集成控制系统等方面进行设计研究,将RJGS5F型经编机成功地改造为MRPJ43/1/24经编机。结果表明,机器改造后,可织造旧机器无法生产的高档精美花边,速度由290r/min提升到420r/min,月产量由1.2t增产到2t,机器工作稳定。实践结果与设计仿真结果吻合,验证了该设计方法的可行性和正确性。
A design method of full automation reformation of multibar jacquard raschel warp knitting machine was proposed in this paper by Solidwords 3D mechanical design software. The RJGS5F model warp knitting machine was successfully improved into MRPJ43/1/24 model raschel warp knitting machine through the mechanical trans- mission, the position arrangement of multibar, the steel bar structure, the EL electronic shogging mechanism, and the integrated control system and so on. The practice results show that after the refomation, the machine works steadily and the speed increased from 290 r/min to 420 r/min, the monthly output also increased from 1.2 ton to 2 ton. The most important is that it can produce high class lace that the old machine can't produce. The practice resuits were in agreement with the simulation results, and the feasibility and validity of this design were confirmed.
