MMP-9、VEGF在弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤中的表达及意义

Expressions and significance of MMP- 9 and VEGF in diffuse large B cell lymphoma

目的探讨MMP-9、VEGF在弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测65例DLBCL和20例淋巴结反应性增生中MMP-9、VEGF的表达水平,探讨它们与DLBCL发病及侵袭进展的关系。结果 MMP-9、VEGF在DLBCL中表达率分别为78.46%(51/65)、67.69%(44/65),均高于淋巴结反应性增生中的表达,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MMP-9在Ⅲ、Ⅳ期患者阳性表达率明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者(P<0.05),但与伴发症状、发病部位无关(P>0.05);VEGF表达阳性率与临床分期及伴发症状有关(P<0.05),但与发病部位无关(P>0.05);MMP-9、VEGF的表达无相差异性(2=0.94,P>0.05)。结论 MMP-9、VEGF在DLBCL中的表达高于淋巴结反应性增生,可能与淋巴组织恶变有关。

Objective To investigate the expression of Matrix metalloproteinase 9 （ MMP - 9 ）, Vascular endo- thelial growth factor（VEGF） in patients with diffuse large B cell lymphoma （DLBCL）. Methods Ninety -five Specimens excised from DLBCL patients were prepared. Expression of MMP -9 and VEGF of DLBCL were tested by SABC immunohistochemistry to explore the correlation between the expression levels and the occurrence of lymphoid neoplasm and neoplasm invasion. Results The positive rates of MMP -9 and VEGF expression in patients with DLBCL were 78.46% （51/65） ,67.69% （44/65）, which were higher than reactive lymphoid hyperplasia. The expression intensity of MMP - 9 was linked to clinical staging （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The stage 111, IV were higher than stage I , II （P 〈 0. 05 ）. At the same time, the intensity had no connection to B symptom and the location（P 〉 0.05 ） . There was no correlation between VEGF expressions in patients with DLBCL and clinical staging and the location （P 〉 0.05 ）, while there was a positive correlation between VEGF and concomitant B symptom（ x2 = 0. 94, P 〉 0.05 ） in patients with DLBCL. Conclusion High expression of MMP- 9 and VEGF in patients with DLBCL may be associated with the biological progression and invasiveness of DLBCL.
