淮安这座历史文化名城与"盐"有着长达两千多年的不解之缘,在这历史与未来更替的新时期,如何为现代盐业提供更为丰富的历史人文和精神支撑成为当前极为紧迫的事情。为今天盐文化的传承和发展找一个极佳的楔入点,以新颖、别致,更具时代特点的盐文化传承方式为抓手,着力传播淮安的盐文化,打造真正的"中国新盐都"。

Huai’an,a noted historic and cultural city has had connections to salt for over 2000 years. In the transforming era, it becomes a pressing problem that how to provide humanism and spirits support for modern salt industry. This analysis and research is hoped to find the vigor root of the salt culture,base the new unconventional and more time′s character’s root. It is possible to spread culture of Huaian’s salt,then,eventually built real“new salt city of China”.
