摘要
企业人力资源流动管理政策关系到个人与企业利益,企业利益往往受到政府立法与管制的影响,同时企业行为也影响着个人利益。本文分别从个人角度、企业角度、社会角度和政府角度来检查和评估企业人力资源流动管理政策。
Enterprise human resources flow management policy is related to individual and enterprise interests. The enterprise interests are often influenced by government legislation and regulation, and enterprise behavior affects the interests of the individual. In this paper, the enterprise human resources flow management policy is examined and evaluated respectively from the perspective of individual, enterprise, society and government.
