加强这电力物资仓储管理具有重要意义。当前电力物资仓储管理存在一些问题与不足,为了应对这些问题,今后应该采取优化措施,加强标准化建设工作、合理设置仓库位置、改进仓库基础设施、提高管理信息化水平、运用现代化管理理念、尽量实现物资零积压,并提高管理人员素质。
It is of great significance to strengthen the electric power material warehouse management. There are some problems and shortcomings in the current electric power material warehouse management. In order to cope with these problems, optimization measures should be taken to strengthen the standardization construction work, reasonably set warehouse location, improve the infrastructure, improve warehouse management informationization level, apply modern management idea, try to achieve zero backlog of material, and improve the quality of management personnel.
