创新社会管理视域下中职学校档案管理研究

Secondary Vocational School Archives Management from the Perspective of Social Management Innovation

学校档案产生于学校形成、发展、变化的全过程,同时又贯穿于学校教育教学工作及其组织管理的各个方面。以创新社会管理为理念,阐述中职学校档案的重要作用,分析中职学校在档案管理存在的问题,提出中职学校档案管理的创新思考:创新思想观念、创新体制机制、创新队伍建设、创新管理手段。

School archives are produced in the whole process of the formation, development, change of the school, and are throughout all aspects of the education work and organization and management of the school. Based on the idea of social management innovation, this paper expounds the importance of secondary vocational school archives, analyzes the problems of secondary vocational school archives management, and puts forward the creative idea： idea innovation, system mechanism innovation, team construction innovation and management innovation.
