摘要
为解决宁夏中南部山区贫困面广、贫困人口多、贫困程度深等基本生存问题,宁夏自治区党委、人民政府做出大规模生态移民搬迁的重大决策,实现"搬得出、稳得住、逐步能致富"的惠民目标。笔者在政府推动、校企结合中结合职业院校办学特点做好技术培训,落实贫困地区劳动力转移,探讨校政企合作发展模式。
In order to solve the basic survival issues of central and south mountainous area of Ningxia, including, wide poverty, lots of poor population, deep poverty levels, and so on, Ningxia Autonomous Region Party Committee and People＇s Government made the major decision of large-scale ecological relocation to achieve the goal benefiting people ＂moving out, settling down and gradually getting rich＂. The author wants to do well the technical training based on the characteristics of vocational college by promotion from the government and school-enterprise integration and implement the labor transfer in poor areas, and discusses the development model of school-government-enterprise cooperation.
