Germany＇s ＂dual system＂ is an extensively representative vocational education model, and as a successful example of vocational education, it is concerned and studied by every country＇s vocational education. This article describes the connotation and characteristics of＂dual system＂, thus to study and analyze the talent training model of thermal power equipment and application specialty.
