With the rapid development of higher vocational education, college Party member development plan is reduced year by year, so how to educate, train and investigate the Party member activists and play their role has become an urgent problem. This article discussed the working mode for the training and investigation of party member activists in detail from reality, thinks the results and the problems in practical work, and makes recommendations accordingly.
