高职空港服务实训基地校企协同管理模式——以江苏工程职业技术学院航空工程学院为例

School-enterprise Collaborative Management Model of Airport Services Training Base in Higher Vocational College:A Case Study of Aviation Engineering School of Jiangsu College of Engineering and Technology

多年来,在高职院校实习基地的建设是高等职业院校改善办学条件、彰显办学特色、提高教学质量的重点。校企共建实训基地的建立是加强教学环节的实践性,提高学生动手能力的重要手段。空港服务因其专业的特殊性,实训基地的建设与管理更需要企业与院校的多元化、多渠道、多形式的紧密合作与协同管理模式。本文就以江苏工程职业技术学院航空工程学院为例,分析研究校企协同共建空港服务实训基地的管理模式,以求探索出一套更为科学合理的管理方法,从而不断改善并推进实训、实习基地的发展。

Over the years, the training base construction is the focus of improving school conditions, highlighting the school characteristics and improving the quality of teaching in higher vocational colleges. Training base construction based on school-enterprise cooperation is the important means to strengthen the practical teaching and improve students＇ practical ability. Because of the special nature of airport service, its training base construction and management needs the diversified, multi-channel and multi-form cooperation between enterprises and institutions and the collaborative management mode. Taking the Aviation Engineering School of Jiangsu College of Engineering and Technology for example, this paper analyzes the management mode for the airport services training base construction based on school-enterprise cooperation, in order to explore a set of more scientific and rational management methods, so as to continuously improve and promote the development of training and practice base.
