Objective：To improve the TLC identification of fluocinolone acetonide in borreol camphor euclyptus oil and fluocinonide patches. Methods：Through the improvement of extraction method, the feasibility of experimental method was evaluated by TLC, based on fluocinolone acetonide . Results：The improved method was specific and accurate. Conclusion：This method can provide a reference for the revision of quality standard.
