摘要
近几年,天津的药品零售行业发展迅速,专业人才和一线员工需求量持续走高,但是一线员工的流失率高成为企业发展的一个瓶颈,尤其是一些小型的连锁药店和单体药店。文章对药品零售行业一线员工流失的现状和原因进行了总结,提出了药品零售行业应对一线员工流失的对策。
In recent years,with the rapid development of pharmaceutical retail industry in Tianji,the demand of professional personnel and front-line staff continued to increase, but the high staff turnover rate is becoming a bottleneck problem for management and enterprise development,especially for the small chain pharmacies and single pharmacy. This paper summarizes the present situation and reasons of loss of front-line staff in pharmaceutical retail industry, and puts forward some countermeasures for industry to deal with employee loss in drug retail.
