摘要
目的:提高我院门诊处方合格率。方法:按照品管圈理论实施各项步骤,成立品管圈,选定降低门急诊药房不合格处方每周次件数为活动主题,进行原因分析,探讨并实施解决的对策,评价有形成果和无形成果,制定标准化工作流程。结果:每周平均不合格处方件数由活动前的103.5件减少到24.5件,改善幅度为76.33%。讨论:品管圈活动的开展取得了满意的成果,建议推广。
Objective:To improve the passing rate of outpatient prescriptions in our hospital. Methods Activities were implemented according to the theory of Quality Control Cirle, set up a "Quality Control Cirle", selected "reducing the number of weekly unqualified prescriptions in outpatient pharmacy" as the theme, and the reasons for unqualified prescriptions were analyzed to investigate and implement countermeasures. Tangible results and intangible results were evaluated, and standardization processes were made. Results: The weekly average unqualified prescriptions per week fell from 103.5 to 24.5, dropped by 76.33%. Conclusion: "Quality Control Cirle (QCC)"activities achieve satisfactory results in unqualified prescriptions reduction in outpatient pharmacy,which should be promoted.
