摘要
通过对高强特厚板材料热影响区的脆化、冷裂纹和层状撕裂等焊接性能的分析,得出Q345GJC钢材焊接性能较差的结论.对高强特厚板焊接工艺质量控制要点进行了深入的研究,并应用于某超高层钢结构制作监造中,焊缝合格率达到100%,有效的保证了工程的质量.
Based on the research of the welding performance of high strength thick plate,including brittleness in weld heat-affected zone,cold welding Cracks,lamellar tearing,we can draw a conclusion that high strength thick plate makes a poor performance in welding.According to the deep research of the key quality control point for welding technology for high strength thick plate,and apply it to the supervision of manufacturing for steel structural components of a super high-rise building,the qualified rate of welding reached to 100%,ensuring the project quality efficiently.
