内家拳术优秀技法应用于警察格斗训练体系的可行性研究

Feasibility Study on Applying the Good Techniques of Neijia Quan to the Police Combating Training

技击是武术的本质,也是武术的灵魂.现行警察格斗训练体系主要采用以擒拿为核心,以摔、打、夺、押、铐、搜为手段的技术体系,缺乏对技击的重视.内家拳在技击方面具有自身鲜明的优势,其简单的练法,而且不易受年龄、体重等因素的影响,尤其是内家拳具有高效打击等特征,能够丰富现行警察格斗技法,有效破解警察格斗教学训练中的矛盾.将内家拳应用于警察格斗训练,有利于完善警察格斗训练体系.

Attack and defense are the essence and soul of Wushu.The present system of police combating training forms its technique system by taking catching and grappling as the core and wresting,fighting,seizing,escorting and handcuffing as the means,which lose sight of the art of attack and defense.The study shows that Neijia Quan has the distinct advantage in the aspect of attack and defense due to the characteristics of simple practicing ways,no constraint age,weight,etc.of the trainers,especially the characteristics of effective attack,which can make up for the drawback of the system of police combating training and relieve the contradiction in the police combating teaching and training.Applying Neijia Quan to the police combating training is favorable to promote the system of police combating training.
