链接为破解农村基层林业技术人员短缺问题,畅通林业科技推广“最后一公里”,进一步激发社会民间林业实用人才开展科技推广的积极性和创造性,市林业局研究决定,聘请12位同志为首批“宁波林业乡土专家”。宁波市林业“乡土专家”是在我市林业种植和林特产业生产经营者中，应用技能突出、示范带动作用明显、群众认可度较高，为当地林业经济发展和农民增效致富作出贡献的林业大户、农民等林业实用型人才。“葡萄公子”潘树增就是其中的一个。
Pan Shuzeng is a 46-year old gentleman from Yongjia, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province. He is called 'Mr. Grape' by many netizens online. In 2006, Pan started to grow grapes and do the sales of his products. Gradually, Pan has been well known for his expertise in growing grapes in Zhejiang. This year is a bumper harvest for Pan, and the yield per mu of Pan's grapes reached 3000 kg to 3500 kg, with the value of per mu of CNY 120000.
