北京市军队医院护士职业认同及相关因素的调查分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的了解驻京部队医院护士职业认同感现状并探讨其影响因素。方法采用护士职业认同量表中文版,对北京市4所部队三级甲等医院共560名护士进行调查。结果护士职业认同7个维度平均得分为4.43~6.49分,其中,组织影响感得分最低,把握感得分最高;不同年龄、工作年限、身份属性、住房、是否带教的护士,其职业认同得分差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),不同学历及不同排班情况的护士,其职业认同感得分差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论北京市军队医院护士的职业认同感处于中等水平,提高护士收入,提高高学历护士的待遇有助于护士职业认同感的提高。 Objective To investigate the status of professional identity of nurses in military hospitals in Beijing and its related factors. Methods Professional identity scale was used to survey 560 nurses from 4 military three-level hospitals in Beijing. Results The scores of professional identity ranged from 4.43 to 6.49. Among the seven factors, the organiza-tional effect scored the lowest and the professional assurance scored the highest. There were significantly differences in scores between nurses with different groups of ages, working years, identity attribute, housing and whether teaching (P〈0.05). There was no significantly difference in scores between nurse with different education background and scheduling (P〉 0.05). Conclusion The professional identity of nurses in military hospitals in Beijing is in moderate level. The in-crease of income and better treatment for higher educated nurse can promote the recognition of professional identity.
