摘要
我国传统中职护理教育大多沿用"以学科为中心"的三段式教学模式,重理论、轻实践,重知识传授、轻能力培养,教学和临床脱离。中职护理教育如何遵循职业岗位工作实际和技能型人才成长规律,进行人才培养模式改革,培养出高素质护理人才,是中等卫生职业学校迫切需要解决的问题。河南省焦作卫生医药学校在国家首批中等职业教育改革发展示范校建设期间,在对护理人才需求与岗位能力调研,以及岗位工作任务、职业能力分析的基础上,构建教学做一体化课程体系,开展了校企合作下"校内实训、临床见习、顶岗实习"三位一体实践教学模式的实施和研究。
In China, most of traditional secondary nursing vocational schools use subject-oriented three-step teaching pattern which focus on theory, knowledge and teaching rather than practice, working ability as well clinical experiences. How to follow the rules of professional working position and personal requirements, training mode reform and high quality nursing personnel cultivation is the urgent problem of secondary vocational nursing schools to solve. Jiaozuo Health and Medicine School constructed unified courses system of teach-learn-practice integration, developed school practice, clinical practice and field work teaching mode under the university-enterprise cooperation, which based on researching of nursing personnel demands and required abilities and skills as well professional ability analysis during the first batch of national secondary vocational schools sample demonstration.
