摘要
水平井井身结构与直井井身结构存在较大区别,溢流与压井过程中,环空流动情况复杂。建立水平井压井井筒压力平衡关系与水平井压井井筒压力理论模型,采用有限差分法对理论模型进行求解,并根据现场水平井基础数据对水平井压井井筒参数影响因素进行分析。研究结果表明水平井压井过程中,节流压力变化趋势差别很大,因此在水平井压井计算中,不应当采用直井井控计算模型。水平段长度对压井过程中节流压力与泥浆池增量有一定影响;水平段长度对最大节流压力基本无影响;水平井的井眼曲率对压井过程中的压力变化无明显影响。
There is a big difference between horizontal wells and vertical in wells body structure. In the process of overflow and kill, annulus flow is complex. This paper establishes the formulas of horizontal well bore pressure bal- ance and theoretical model well bore pressure in horizontal well killing, and uses the finite difference method to solve the theoretical model. According to the underlying data of horizontal well killing , this paper analyses influen- cing factor of wellbore parameters in horizontal well killing. The results show that, in the killing process, throttle pressure trends vary greatly. So, in the calculation of the horizontal well killing, the vertical wells calculation mod- el shouldn' t be adopted. In th mud pools increment. Mainly, e killing process, horizontal length have some influence for the throttle pressure and in killing the initial moment, the longer the horizontal section, the smaller the throt- tle pressure changes with the time; horizontal length almost has no impact on the flow stress; horizontal well bore- hole curvature has no significant effect in pressure change.
