预防PLC误动作的研究

PLC(可编程序控制器)一旦出现误动作,不仅会使控制过程无法正常进行,而且对人身和设备安全带来严重威胁。为预防PLC误动作,分析引起误动作的各种因素,提出预防误动作需要坚持的几个原则,以及避免误动作的管理措施和技术措施。这对提高PLC控制系统的完好率和使用率以及避免重大的人身和设备安全事故都有一定的意义和实用价值。
