摘要
针对阿拉山口计量站对于石油混样的要求,结合现有静态混样器和搅拌式混样器的作业特点提出一种静动联合混样装置,该装置利用油液流动的残余压力驱动搅拌叶片对样液二次混合。本文将传统计算方法与Flow Simulation相结合对一次混样、二次混样装置的关键参数进行了确定,通过试验应用混合度评价指标对两种混样装置进行了对比,试验表明该静动联合混样器具有更高的混合效率,符合预期结果.
For oil mixing requirements of Alashankou oil metering station, combined with the operating characteristics of existing static mixer and stirring type mixer, one kind of combined static and dynamic mixing device was proposed. The device used residual pressure of the liquid flow to drive mixing blades for the second fluid mixing. Combined traditional method with the Flow simulation, this paper determined the key parameters of first and second mixing device. By experiment, mixing degree index was used to contrast the two mixing devices. Test showed that this static and dynamic mixing device has higher efficiency which results as expected.
