摘要
[目的]探讨如何在"教学做"一体化教学中提高护生自主创新学习能力。[方法]将我院护理专科2011级两个班学生,随机抽取一班为观察组,另一个班为对照组。观察组采用课前挖掘护生自主创新学习潜力;课中通过"教学做"一体化教学培养学生的自主创新学习能力;课外开放实训室,拓展护生自主创新学习的时间和空间等教学方法。对照组采用理论讲授-演示-练习的传统教学方法。课程结束后两组学生同时用相同试卷及操作评分标准分别进行理论和技能考核,并通过问卷调查两组学生对提高自主创新学习能力的评价,比较两组学生的理论、技能考核成绩和问卷调查结果。[结果]观察组学生对提高自主创新学习能力的评价和理论及技能考核成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]"教学做"一体化教学能较好地提高护生自主创新学习能力和学习效率。
Obj ective:To probe into how to improve nursing students’learn-ing ability of independent innovation in “teaching learn do”integration mode teaching.Methods:In the two classes of students in grade 2011 in our nursing college,a class was randomly selected as the observation group and another was taken as the control group.In observation group,nursing students’learning potential of independent innovation was discovered be-fore class,students’learning ability of independent innovation was trained during class by “teaching learn do”integration mode teaching,and ex-panded nursing students’learning time and space by opening training room outside class.The patients in control group used “theory teaching demon-stration practice”traditional teaching method.The two groups students who were respectively tested theory and skills by using the same test paper and operating criteria after the end of the course.The examination results of theory and skills as well as questionnaire results were compared on students’evaluation of the learning ability of independent innovation from questionnaire survey.Results:Observation group of students’evaluation on improving the learning ability of independent innovation and theory and skills examination results were better than that in control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion:“Teaching learn do”integration mode teaching can better improve nursing students ’learning ability of independent innovation and learning efficiency.
