芳香化酶抑制剂治疗妇科内分泌疾病的效果分析

Effect analysis of aromatase inhibitor treatment of gynecologic endocrine diseases

目的：探讨芳香化酶抑制剂在妇科内分泌疾病治疗中的应用价值。方法选取2010年8月~2012年8月在本院治疗的妇科内分泌患者90例，分别给予依西美坦（n=36）、阿那曲唑（n=28）和来曲唑（n=26）治疗，观察芳香化酶抑制剂的疗效、3组患者血清雌二醇（E2）抑制情况及不良反应发生情况。结果依西美坦组、阿那曲唑组和来曲唑组的治疗总有效率分别为94.44%、92.86%和92.31%，差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。治疗后3组患者血清E2水平明显下降，与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；依西美坦组患者的血清E2抑制率及有效抑制率优于其他两组（P〈0.05）。3组均未出现严重不良反应；在体重增加上来曲唑组尤为显著（P〈0.05）。结论芳香化酶抑制剂可有效治疗妇科内分泌疾病，且药物耐受性好。

Objective To explore the application value of aromatase inhibitor in gynecologic endocrine diseases. Meth-ods 90 patients with gynecologic endocrine diseases treated in our hospital from August 2010 to August 2012 were se-lected and respectively for exemestane （n=36）,anastrozole （n=28） and letrozole （n=26） treatment,the curative effect of aromatase inhibitors,three groups of patients with serum estradiol inhibition condition and adverse reactions occur were observed. Results The total effective rate was 94.44%,92.86% and 92.31% respectively in exemestane group,anastro-zole group and letrozole group,there was no statistically significant difference （P〉0.05）.The serum E2 level in three groups of patients were significantly decreased after treatment,the difference was statistically significant compared with before treatment （P〈0.05）.The serum E2 inhibition rate and efficient inhibition in exemestane group patients were better than the other two groups （P〈0.05）.No serious adverse reaction occurred in 3 groups,on weight gain letrozole group was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Aromatase inhibitors can effectively treat gynecological endocrine diseases,and drug tolerance.
