摘要
目的：探讨替米沙坦治疗原发性高血压的临床效果。方法选取2011年12月~2013年9月本院收治的原发性高血压患者138例，将患者随机分成治疗组和对照组，每组各69例。治疗组给予替米沙坦治疗，对照组给予氨氯地平治疗。结果治疗组的总有效率为89.86%，明显高于对照组的69.56%（P〈0.05）。结论替米沙坦治疗原发性高血压能有效控制血压和改善患者的临床症状，值得临床继续推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of telmisartan treating essential hypertension. Methods 138 pa-tients with essential hypertension were divided into the treatment group （n=69） and the control group （n=69）.The treat-ment group was treated with telmisartan,the control group was treated with amlodipine. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group （89.86%） was obviously higher than that in the control group （69.56%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Telmisartan treating essential hypertension can significantly control blood pressure and improve patients＆#39; clinical symp-toms,and it is worthy of clinical continual promotion and application.
