军事训练导致的劳力型热射病的预防和治疗

Prevetion and treatment of exertional heat stroke during military training

近年来，我国有关部队官兵中暑的报道屡见不鲜。劳力型热射病（EHS）是中暑中最严重的一种类型，对机体有广泛的损伤作用，可累及多脏器系统，导致功能和形态学上的改变。一旦发生EHS，如得不到及时妥善的救治，死亡率可高达30%~50%。预计在未来高科技局部战争中，尤其是在海战及登陆作战中，因沿海地区气候潮热，该病的发生率可能会进一步增加。为适应现代战争的需要，卫勤保障要向立体化、机动化、综合化等方向发展，对EHS要强调早期干预及预防治疗。

In recent years,the relevant reports about the heat stroke in Chinese troops are common.Exertional heat stroke （EHS） is the most serious type of heat stroke,exhibiting a wide range of body injuries,affecting many organ systems, resulting in the functional and morphological changes.Once EHS occurs,the lack of timely and proper treatments would result in the mortality rate as high as 30%~50%.It’s expected that in the future high-tech local wars,especially in naval and landing operations,because the climate of coastal areas is hot and wet,the incidence of EHS might further increase.In order to meet the needs of modern wars,the medical support department should develop towards the directions of three-dimensional,mobility and integration,it is important for EHS to emphasize on the early intervention, prevention and treatment.
