摘要
[目的]研究离子色谱仪在水质分析方面的应用,讲述离子色谱的工作原理,分析总结离子色谱仪在使用过程中的注意事项和经常出现的问题及解决方案。[方法]选择离子色谱仪的最佳分析条件,即流速为1.2ml/min,淋洗液KOH浓度为30mmol/L,进样体积为50山,柱温为30℃,对水质中F-、C1-、SO24-NO,进行测定分析。[结果]最佳分析条件下测定的兄SD%均小于2.O%,各离子加标回收率为97.4%-105.8%,F-、C1-、SO24-、NO3-前准曲线回归方程的相关系数分别为0.9989、0.9999、0.9998.0.9999。[结论]该方法具有操作简单、灵敏度高、准确度高、精密魔好、快捷、工作效率高、干扰小的特点,可为离子色谱的使用者提供参考。
[Objective] To study appli- cation of ion chromatograph in water quality analysis, introduce working prin- ciples of ion chromatograph, review at- tentions in the application of ion chro- matograph and problems and solutions. [Method] Choose the optimal analysis conditions for ion chromatograph, i.e., flow velocity 1.2 ml/min, leacheate KOH concentration 30 mmol/L, injection vol- ume 50 F1, column temperature 30 ℃, measure F-, CI-, S042- and NO3- in water. [Result] RSD% in the optimal analysis condition is below 2.0%, standard recov- ery rate of each ion is 97.4%-105.8%, relative coefficient of the regression e- quation of standard curve of F-, CI-, SO2- and NO3- is 0.998 9, 0.999 9, 0.999 8 and 0.999 9. [Conclusion] This method is easy, convenient, precise, effi- cient, and less intervened, so it is a fa- vorable choice for the users of ion chro- matograph.
