摘要
采用相似材料模拟方法,以岱庄煤矿膏体充填开采为背景,研究了条带煤柱膏体充填开采煤柱、充填体和围岩之间存在相互作用的空间关系,并与垮落法开采作对比分析,研究结果表明:充填开采上覆岩石离层不明显,岩梁曲率变形小;充填体对煤柱提供侧向约束力,降低了煤柱所受的最大垂直应力;充填体参与支撑顶板时,形成"煤柱-充填体-煤壁"共同支护顶板的结构,该结构可以有效地控制开采沉陷。模拟研究结果与现场实测基本相吻合。
Using analog simulation method, taking the mining with the paste filling in Daizhuang Coal Mine as background, the paper researched spatial relationship of the interaction between coal pillar, filling body and coal wall during strip pillar mining with pillar paste backfilling, and contrasted analysis of caving face, The results showed that overlying strata separation was not obvious, rock beam had small curvature deformation; filling body supplied lateral binding force for coal pillar, decreased maximum vertical force of coal pillar; After filling body involved and supported roof, roof can be supported by structure of "coal pillar-filling body-coal wall" which can control mining subsidence effectively. The simulation result coincided with measured result.
