摘要
以现场观测数值计算和计算机仿真模拟,分析了古城煤矿-850m北翼猴车道变形及破坏原因,提出纤维混凝土网壳支护理念,进行了支护方式的试验,找出了合理的支护参数,工程应用实践表明,采用纤维混凝土网壳支护技术可以有效提高喷浆混凝土抗剪和抗拉强度,能够有效防止巷道喷层开裂脱落,是大采深高应力动压巷道提高支护质量的有效途径。
Using the numerical simulation calculation and computer simulation of field observation, analyzed the deformation and failure reason of Gucheng Coal Mine -850 North Wing monkey Lane, put forward concrete shell bolting,implemented a test of support methods, found out the reasonable supporting parameter, the result of engineering practice shows the steel fiber reinforced concrete shell support technology can effectively increase the shear and tensile strength of shotcrete, can effectively prevent the roadway spray layer cracking, is effective ways to improve the supporting quality in deep and high stress dynamic roadway.
