临终患者病情评估表用于晚期恶性肿瘤患者生存时间预测的评价

The dying patient condition assessment sheet:prediction of expected survival time in advanced cancer patients

目的探讨临终患者病情评估表预测晚期恶性肿瘤患者生存时间与实际生存时间的符合程度。方法将临终患者病情评估表应用于228例晚期恶性肿瘤住院患者,由专职护士于入院当日、入院1周及1个月进行生存时间评估。结果入院当日患者预期生存时间评估理想与大致符合率为80.70%,1周为86.90%,1个月为91.84%;患者入院评分与实际生存时间相关指数y=e0.0617x。结论临终患者病情评估表应用于晚期肿瘤患者,能有效地评估患者的预期生存时间,有利于临终关怀介入时机的把握。

Objective To evaluate how closely expected survival time predicted by using the dying patient condition assessment sheet matches the actual survival time in advanced cancer patients.Methods The dying patient condition assessment sheet was employed to predict expected survival time in 228 advanced cancer patients on the day of admission,and at one week and one month after admission.Results The expected survival time was ideally or approximately equivalent to the actual survival time,with the match rates being 80.70%on the day of admission,86.90%at one week after admission,and 91.84%at one month after admission.The actual survival time could be calculated through the score assessed on the day of admission：y=e0.0617 x.Conclusion The dying patient condition assessment sheet can effectively predict the expected survival time of patients with advanced cancer,which is beneficial to determine the time for providing hospice care.
