摘要
目的提高儿科血液病区护士人文关怀能力。方法对儿科血液病区护士进行人文关怀知识培训、完善病区关怀护理制度及流程、营造关怀氛围及切实关怀护士等。连续实施1年后评价效果。结果实施后护士人文关怀能力及患儿家属满意度显著提高(均P<0.01)。结论对儿科血液病区护士进行人文关怀能力的培训及实践,可提高其人文关怀素质与能力,从而提高患儿家属满意度。
Objective To improve humanistic caring ability in pediatric hematology nurses. Methods Such measures were implemented in department of pediatric hematology： providing humanistic care training, perfecting ward working systems and processes, huilding humanistic care culture, and considering nurses＇ needs. Effect was evaluated one year after the intervention. Results Nursest caring ability and patient satisfaction were significantly improved after the intervention （P〈0.01 for both） . Conclusion The training and practice of humanistic care can improve nurses＇ humanistic caring ability, so as to increase patient satisfaction.
