摘要
通过深入分析线性摩擦焊机的工作原理,设计并实现了一套基于Labview的线性摩擦焊机控制系统。该系统采用时间控制方式和变形量控制方式相结合的复合控制方式,克服了已有系统控制方式单一的不足。实际应用表明,该控制系统系统设计合理、功能齐全、操作方便,完全满足焊接技术的要求,有着重要的工程应用价值。
Through in-depth analysis of the operational principles of a linear friction welding machine, a controlling system based on Labview is designed and implemented. The major characteristics of this controlling system is that a mixed controlling mode is applied, which combines the time controlling mode and the deformation controlling mode. The new mode can overcome the "simple control" which is the shortage of the pre-existing controlling methods. The practical application shows that the controlling system works well and meets the requirements of the welding technology, with great value in engineering application.
