半电极压电纤维能量收集建模与仿真

摘要 为改善圆柱形压电纤维的发电能力,对其进行理论分析,建立了半电极压电纤维的能量收集效率与纤维截面内外径比、外部压电层与金属芯柔度比及纤维的机电耦合系数之间的关系。使用数学建模的方法,讨论了收集效率与这三个参数之间的理论方程,并且进行仿真实验。结果表明:在纯弯矩作用下半电极压电纤维的能量收集效率随着机电耦合系数的增大而提高,随柔度系数比的增大而减小,随着半径比的增大先增大后减小。 To improve harvest power through the cylindrical piezoelectric fiber, the mathematical theory analysis is investigated. We discuss the relationship between the energy collection efficiency and the fiber radius ratio, the elastic coefficient ratio of the outer piezoelectric layer and the inner metal core and the electromechanieal coupling factor of the entire fiber. A method is presented for mathematical modeling. The theoretical equation and the simulations are tested. The experimental result shows that, with pure bending moments, the efficiency increases with the increasing of electro- mechanical coupling factor, the decreasing of elastic coefficient ratio and the increasing of the fiber radius ratio.
