摘要
目的:探讨在宫颈癌癌变过程中Snail和p-Akt的表达情况及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测宫颈鳞癌组织60例、宫颈上皮内瘤变组织60例(其中CINⅠ级24例,CINⅡ-Ⅲ级32例)和慢性宫颈炎组织24例中Snail及pAkt蛋白的表达情况。结果:宫颈上皮内瘤变和宫颈癌组织中Snail及p-Akt蛋白的阳性表达增强,与慢性宫颈炎组织比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Snail及p-Akt的表达呈正相关(r=0.459;P<0.01)。Snail及p-Akt蛋白表达阳性率与宫颈癌患者组织学分化无明显相关性,但均与有无淋巴结转移相关(PSnail=0.005,Pp-Akt=0.007)。p-Akt蛋白的表达也与临床分期有关(P=0.020)。结论:Snail及p-Akt的高表达与宫颈癌的发生发展和转移相关,并且二者之间可能存在协同作用。
Objective: To explore the expressions of Snail and p - Akt in carcinogenic process of cervical cancer and the clinical significance. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression levels of Snail and p - Akt in 60 cases with cervical squamous cell carcinoma, 60 cases with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) ( including 24 cases with CIN Ⅰ and 32 cases with CIN Ⅱ - Ⅲ ) and 24 cases with chronic cervicitis. Results : The positive expression rates of Snail and p - Akt in CIN group and cervical cancer group increased, compared with chronic cervicitis group, there were statistically significant differences ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . There was a positive correlation between Snail expression and p -Akt expression (r = 0. 459, P 〈 0. 01 ) . The positive expression rates of Snail and p - Akt were not correlated with histological differentiation of cervical cancer, but which were correlated with lymph node metastasis (Psnall = 0. 005, Pp_ Akt : 0. 007 ) . p - Akt expression was related to clinical stages ( P = 0. 020) . Conclusion: High expressions of Snail and p - Akt are related to oncogenesis, aggravation and metastasis of cervical cancer, and there may be a synergistic effect.
