铁系菲咯啉基配合物/MAO体系催化乙烯齐聚

摘要 合成了配合物氯化2-乙酰基-1,10-菲咯啉缩2,6-二乙基苯胺合铁(Ⅱ)(催化剂1)和氯化2-乙酰基-1,10-菲咯啉缩2,6-二异丙基苯胺合铁(Ⅱ)(催化剂2),以甲苯为溶剂,甲基铝氧烷(MAO)为助催化剂,催化乙烯齐聚制备线性α-烯烃。考察了反应温度、n(Al)/n(Fe)等因素对催化活性和齐聚产物分布的影响。相比之下,催化剂1比催化剂2表现出更高的齐聚活性。 The complex 2-acetyl-l,10-phenanthroline(2,6-diethylanil)FeClz (Catalyst 1) and 2-acetyl-l,10-phenanthroline(2,6-diisopropylanil)FeC12 (Catalyst 2)were synthesized. Ethylene oligomerizations were carried out by using the catalysts activated with MAO in toluene. The effects of reaction temperature, and the mole ratio of aluminum on the catalytic activity and the distribution of α-olefins were investigated. The catalyst 1 showed higher activity than catalyst 2.
