At the same time, it can bring a lot of environmental pollution questions and health damage. In the article, a ten thousand tons per year Atmospheric -Vacuum Distillation Unit has been analyzed, meanwhile pollutant source monitoring has been proceeded. The test data of waste gas, waste water, solid waste, noise pollution sources has been obtained. Effective and feasible measures to pollution prevention and control have been raised. This article can provide the reference for environmental impact assessment and environmental management.
