Content Determination of Total Flavones in Herba Glechomae from Jilin Habitat

目的分析不同地区连钱草中总黄酮的含量,并考察其变化规律,为连钱草的采收和质量评价提供依据。方法采集不同地区的连钱草,用紫外—可见分光光度法测定连钱草中总黄酮的含量。结果不同产地连钱草中总黄酮的含量差异很大。结论在使用本品入药时一定要测定其含量,依据含量结果决定用量大小,以确保疗效。

Objective： To investigate the content Variation of total flavones from Herba Glechomae collected at different habitat and demonstrate a basis to the quality valuation and collecting for Herba Glechomae. Methods： The contents of total flavones from Herba Glechomae collected at different habitat were determined by UVNisible spectrophotometry. Results： The contents difference of total flavones in Herba Glechomae from different habitat is very big. Conclusion： When using this product as a medicine must measure its content, according to the results of content determine dosage size, to ensure that the curative effect.
