摘要
本文通过自主开发《学校变革型领导行为效能测量问卷》并在江苏、湖北、重庆3省(市)展开调查,对学校变革型领导行为效能进行实证研究。研究发现:学校变革型领导行为、学校领导者、下属和学校特征变量都对学校变革型领导行为效能具有预测力,7个预测变量的多元相关系数为0.727,决定系数R2=0.528,回归模型的整体性检验F=10.062(p<0.05),解释了52.8%的变异量。所以,学校领导者自身、学校系统和教育行政系统都需要采取优化措施以提高学校变革型领导行为的效能。
In the current study, we carried out a survey in Jiangsu, Hubei and Chongqing using the questionnaire of the behavioral efficacy of transformational leadership in school. The results show that the behavioral efficacy of transformational leadership in school is significantly predicted by the behavior of transformational leadership in school, the character of school leaders and faculties, and the type of school. The multiple regression coefficient is 0.727 for 7 predictors, R2=0.528; test for the whole model is significant, F=10.062 (P〈0.05). Conclusion can be drawn from the results that the leader, school system and educational administration system should take steps to enhance the behavioral efficacy of transformational leadership in school.
