性的政治经济学与资本主义的性别奥秘——从2014年“东莞扫黄”引发的论争说起

The Political Economy of Sex and the Gender Secret of Capitalism:the Debate Caused by the Crackdown on Prostitution in Dongguan in 2014

围绕"东莞扫黄",体制与民间自由派一度形成话语之争,两者实质上都是借"性"言政,上演了一场性的政治学,却掩盖了性的经济学。性经济是一种事实存在。资本主义生产体制制造了性经济的供需结构,市场伦理赦免了性交易的道德压力,身心分离原则使性交易成为出卖性劳动力的技术工作。无产化的底层妇女提供了自由的性劳动力,而资产阶级男性建构支配性男性气质的需要成为性消费的主要动力。资本主义性别奥秘在于市场与家庭两种性秩序都是资本主义体制的内在需要。两种性秩序需要不同的性道德、性忠贞与性自由,但两种性道德的内在裂缝造成了对性从业者的道德挤压和女人内部的分裂和对抗。

The recent crackdown on prostitution in Dongguan has stirred a debate between the governmentfriendly scholars and the individual liberalists. Both parties are using'sex'to discuss politics,making the debate a show of the politics of sex which overshadows the economics of sex. However,sex economy is a factual existence. The production system of capitalism creates the supply-demand structure of the sex economy. The ethics of the market exempts sex trade of moral pressure. The separation of body and heart turns sex trade into a purely technical labor. The females of the social underclass are the source of free sex workers,and masculine need of the bureaucratic and domineering males provides the driving force for sex consumption. The gender secret of capitalism lies in the parallel existence of the two sex orders,namely the market order and the family order,both of which are the inherent need of the capitalist system. The two sex orders require different kinds of sex morality,sex loyalty and sex freedom. The rupture of the two orders poses a moral squeeze on the sex workers and leads to conflicts between females.
