作为现代化建筑的主要形式,高层建筑可最大限度地利用空间资源,功能日益多样化,且朝着节能、环保的方向发展。不管未来如何发展,质量始终是前提保障。由于高层建筑多采用钢筋混凝土结构,楼层较高、自身重量大,特别是下部结构要具备足够的承载力;再加上建筑行业竞争激烈,施工单位增多,施工过程中很容易出现质量问题。
As the main form of modern architecture, high-rise buildings can maximize the use of space resources, functions increasingly diverse, and toward energy-saving, environmentally friendly direction. No matter how the future development, is the premise to ensure quality.
