摘要
要真正满足社会的用电需求,就应该提升电力系统整体的运行质量,特别是对变电运行的安全管理。阐述了影响变电运行安全管理的因素,并提出了具有针对性的改进措施。
To truly meet the electricity needs of the community, it should improve the overall quality of the power system operation, especially for substation operation of security management. This paper describes the factors that affect the safe operation of the substation management, and proposed improvements targeted.
