摘要
根据襄垣县的天气情况,制订重要天气预警标准和防御指南。通过访问本县及沁县、武乡县部分区域自动站各正点资料数据库,检索符合发布预警信息的数据,自动启动短信发布,将天气实况和防御指南发布给相应用户。系统对所选各区域站灾害性天气24 h不间断监控,并及时发送灾害性天气信息,为各级领导指挥部署防灾工作争取了宝贵时间。
This paper studied on the weather need for timely defense in the Xiangyuan County to develop a significant weather alert standards and defensive guide. It automatically send the SMS, current weather and defense guidelines to the users accessing automatic county station time-sharing data database in some areas of the county and Qin County and Wuxiang County. 24 hours non-stop monitoring was conducted in the severe weather of the selected regional stations. It saved a lot of valuable time for all levels of leadership.
